Firstly may I say that I will only buy any pacsafe product from Travel Universe. I have bought a total of four items from them. The first item I bought I realised I was going to be overseas when the expected delivery was due to arrive. I contacted TU and they were more than obliging to delay the despatch until I was back in Melbourne. The person I spoke to was very accommodating to my request. Great customer service and competitive prices.
